Central is one of the few groups with extensive international experience across the full spectrum of asset investment. Its expertise encompasses the ordering, construction, supervision and management of oil tankers, dry bulk carriers, container ships, offshore drilling rigs, megayachts, large private jets and helicopters, as well as the identification, acquisition, construction and development of real estate in Europe, North America and Asia.
Our four worlds
Shipping
Since 2000, the Group has:
- Completed ship sale and purchase transactions worth more than $7 billion.
- Implemented one of the world’s most extensive shipbuilding programmes, described in the published corporate record as nearing completion: 40 oil tankers built to high specifications, ranging from medium-sized to ultra-large vessels, with a total order value exceeding $2.4 billion.
- Developed its own ship designs in-house and gained extensive shipbuilding experience.
- Established itself as a provider of ship management services of the highest standard, serving demanding clients including oil majors and some of the world’s largest oil and commodity traders.
- Earned an international reputation for building exceptionally well-designed vessels to some of the highest specifications in the industry.
Real Estate
Since 2000, the Group has identified, acquired, built and managed numerous real estate projects, specialising in large luxury residences. The total value of these projects exceeds $600 million. Its portfolio spans residential estates and commercial properties in Europe, North America and Asia. In particular:
- The European portfolio includes projects in the United Kingdom (Mayfair, Belgravia and Regent’s Park in London), Switzerland (Gstaad and St. Moritz), Greece (Athens, the Cyclades and the Peloponnese) and Cyprus.
- The North American portfolio includes projects in the United States (Los Angeles, Malibu, Palm Springs, Miami and Dallas) and the Caribbean.
- The Asian portfolio includes several projects in Dubai.
Yachting
Since 2006, the Group has acquired and managed large yachts and megayachts, with a total project value exceeding $150 million.
The Group’s yachting experience spans newbuild commissions, repairs and refits. Its published project record includes a megayacht commissioned from a leading European shipyard, with delivery originally scheduled for 2023. Experience in yachting, shipping and luxury property development informed the bespoke design of its interior and exterior spaces, bridge and engine room, with specifications conceived to provide the comfort of a private residence.

Since 2007, the Group has placed orders with European and US manufacturers for three ultra-large-cabin private jets and one super-midsize private jet, with a total value exceeding $200 million.
The Group has also operated and managed more than seven aircraft, including their chartering.
